After losing an existing storage building to a fire, we worked to rebuild what our client had lost. Over a week this past April we constructed a 45’ x 82’ x 16’ Walters building with a 24’ x 16’ double sliding door and a 12’ x 10’ single sliding door.
This fully-equipped seed treatment facility, completed in August 2017, was designed, planned and constructed by the building professionals at FS Construction Services for their client, Gateway FS. This spacious building includes multiple overhead drive-through doors that allow for easy worry-free loading and unloading regardless of the weather.
The purpose of the structure was to allow the client to provide seed treatment capabilities unlike any other facility in the area. With eight 3,000-unit bins, a Tri-Flo Batch Hopper that can treat 2,000 lbs. a minute, and a LPV seed treater, this facility is able to meet farmers’ exact treatment specifications. Not only did FS Construction Services install all this new equipment, they provided on-site training to ensure the client knew exactly how to master their new tools.
Recently constructed, this wood frame factory building is built on a four-foot foundation wall. With a two-story office area, this factory has enough space to fit an airplane! Complete with a 20’ x 16’ steel-backed and insulated overhead door on one end and a 14’ x 16’ steel-backed and insulated overhead door on the other end, this building allows for oversized loads to be easily brought in and exit the structure. Exact specifications included in this 80’x152’x18’ building is the 24’ x 27’ office space. This unique structure was custom designed and built to our clients demanding needs and the highest possible quality standards.

Wood Construction
This suburban storage building is built on a concrete slab and is 42’ X 56’ x 14’. Included in this highly functional building is an 8’x10’ recessed porch covered by a ceiling. Additional features incorporate 12” overhangs on the gable and 24” overhangs on the eave. This innovative storage building fits the needs of our client and we look forward to doing the same for you!
